mixed feelings about this hotel
undrinkable juice dissolved eggs
the staff offered easy parking.
the breakfast was quite disappointing. i found the orange juice undrinkable. the scrambled eggs seemed to dissolve into water, a real letdown.

The rooms include a comfy office chair and large windows creating a feeling of openness. Breakfast included varied options, though i didn't try them all. the reception area looked very cute, offering a pleasant first impression, though the parking was expensive.
I found the beefburger meal quite tasteless. It was disappointing after paying £15.

The location was suitable for my needs. I found the room clean and adequately prepared.
The breakfast service required significant improvement. On multiple mornings, the hot food stations remained empty for extended periods. Plates were not readily available, causing further delays.

solid stay with morning perks
new rooms clean room morning buffet
new rooms surprised me. they were very clean. the morning buffet is worth getting. it has eggs, bacon, great sausages, potatoes, beans, breads, waffle stations with toppings, and fresh fruit. you are allowed to take yogurt and fruit to go. i were really happy with the experience.

okay experience
efficient staff clean room bathroom amenities uncomfortable bed noticeable springs inadequate pillows
the staff at check in were efficient and informative. the room was clean and very comfortable. bathroom HAS shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand WAS and body lotion in dispensers.
the bed was very uncomfortable with springs very noticeable. Noisy with the slightest movement. pillows were inadequate as flat. and had to be folded to offer a bit of support. this led to a sleepless night, a TOTALLY sleepless night for both of us.

efficient check-in quick replenishment
Check-in was efficient and the staff provided useful information. The room was nice and neat. Breakfast offered hot items and replenishment was quick. I found the location excellent, just minutes from the city center.
I experienced poor water pressure and temperature in the shower. I found this surprising for a company like Hilton.
